Dr. Taliwal is the best!  She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about being an orthodontist.  It is clear from your first appointment that she has your best interest at heart.  I went to Dr. Taliwal because I wanted to have my teeth realigned for my wedding.  She walked me through the pros and cons of traditional braces, Invisalign, and other methods of realignment for the big day.  Having gone through the great experience that I have with Dr. Taliwal I wouldn’t go to any other orthodontist in New York City -- and because she is so good at her job I never will have to!

We have nothing but praise for Dr. Taliwal and her staff! Dr. Taliwal has been working with my son on his orthodontic needs and has been so kind, gentle, and thorough. She is very patient and responsive whenever we have any questions. The office is pristine, and the vibe is very relaxed. The administrative and clinical staff all make us feel very at home. Best of all, my son has been very compliant with Dr. Taliwal’s instructions from day one. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Taliwal and her staff for my younger child’s and my own orthodontic needs as well. Strongly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Taliwal and her team at Metro Orthodontics. I had a tough case for Invisalign but did not want traditional braces as an adult. The entire process took a little less than two years and Dr. Taliwal and her team were very transparent, responsive and helpful throughout this process (even during COVID when office visits were not available). I have a busy/unpredictable work schedule. So, I was a little anxious starting a long treatment that required regular office visits. However, scheduling/rescheduling has always been very easy and most importantly, the team was punctual and most of my visits took minimal time (maybe 10-15 minutes max). Most importantly, I’m happy with my results. My teeth were very crooked and I still can’t believe at the how far we’ve come with the results - it’s pretty much light and day! Dr. Taliwal and her team are very skilled and I’d recommend them to any friends who may need orthodontics work.

I had a wonderful experience at Metro Orthodontics! I am so thrilled with my teeth after less than 1 year of Invisalign. Before Invisalign, I had a pretty significant overbite and my bottom teeth had become so crowded that it was difficult to floss between them. As a 27 year old who had never had braces before, I was both excited and nervous about finally fixing my teeth. I originally went to a dentist who told me that my case was too severe for Invisalign and I would need metal braces by an orthodontist . I was disappointed because I have a client-facing job and did not want to have metal braces, however I wanted to fix my teeth so I went to Dr. Taliwal’s office fully expecting her to recommend metal braces. At my initial consultation with Dr. Taliwal, I was thrilled when she told me I could definitely do Invisalign and that I would be done within a year! Dr. Taliwal was so knowledgeable and experienced with all things Invisalign. You could tell she was a pro. She was so kind and caring that I immediately felt comfortable with her and trusted her advice. The care I received was superb, and the staff was always friendly and professional. I got better results than I could ever imagine and it’s all thanks to Dr. Taliwal! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful smile!
